    i cannot say how much I appreciated the help from young lady when I called about a new cue. Was having trouble finding a stick with small tip/shaft without purchasing a pool cue and then another shaft. The shaft swap from larger tip to smaller was amazing. Just what I wanted. Have upped my meager game a lot. At 81yo, I needed that help.
