Payment:
To make your purchase convenient, we offer multiple payment methods, such as Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Our internal invoicing system also accepts most major debit and credit cards. However, for certain cases, we may require payment through a bank certified cashier’s check or postal money order, based on factors such as the purchase price and shipping location. Please contact us to complete your cue order and determine the most suitable payment method.

Layaway/Flexible Payment Plans:
At Quarter King Billiards, we strive to accommodate our customers with tailored payment plans. Many customers opt for our layaway option, which requires a non-refundable down payment of 20% of the cues cost.  Once we receive the agreed-upon down payment, we store your cue in our climate-controlled environmental room. When the remaining balance is paid in full, we will ship the cue on the same day or next business morning (excluding holidays and weekends). Please note that Quarter King Billiards does not charge interest, and we provide ample time for you to pay off your cue with ease (up to 6 months, and even then we will always try and work with you).

Trade-Ins/WE BUY CUES!!!
We are happy to accept trade-ins from clients as well under the following conditions:
– All trades and acquisitions will be appraised at fair-market, wholesale value.
– Sellers must provide an accurate and honest description of the cue. We understand that some dents, dings, or scratches may be present, and we do not expect perfection. It is crucial for us to have a complete understanding of the cue’s condition in order to determine its value. Please disclose any lifts, rolls, warps, or significant issues. Full transparency is essential.
