    With the $20 tip upgrade, functionally it’s almost as good as the $250 McDermott custom cue I own. Well made – perfectly straight as far as I can tell. Forearm is solid and silky. Finish is not fancy (thus the low price), but it is flawless. Doesn’t have a linen wrap grip like my McDermott, but I find I don’t really need that. Excellent value for money.

    Fixed shipment issue

    The cue I ordered was a Christmas present and it got delivered to the wrong address. This was a UPS mistake but when I contacted PoolDawg they immediately sent out another cue and said they would handle the claim with UPS. The part I find remarkable is that we didn’t we hadn’t received it until a few days before Christmas and the cue stick arrived on Christmas Eve! Thank you PoolDawg for such a quick response!
