    My first order with PoolDawg was an excellatnt experience. Almost gave them 4 stars, because they shipped the Balabushka cue stick with no wrap but I ordered with the wrap. I made it a 5 star rating because they did such a professional, accommodating job of rectifying that error. Would have replaced it immediately, but I thought why not try it before returning. So, they let me try it, I was perfectly Ok with it, and they covered the difference in price within a few days. All in all a outstanding experience, will do more with them in the future!!
