They Changed My Order

The ordering process was easy. They had all the items I ordered in stock, and they all shipped on time as they promised on their website. Sort of. The 19 oz. cue stick I ordered from them, (which their website stated was in stock, even after manually choosing my cue weight from the pull down menu, and their website stating it was in stock), was changed to a 20 oz. The packing slip/receipt states “Weight Change”. Not sure why. Or where they got the audacity to change the weight of someone’s cue stick that they ordered from their website. I mean, this is a personal stick stick. Touchy stuff. But rather than fighting it, I decided I would give the pool cue a shot, and it’s working out fine. Just FYI, it came with a hard tip. Le Pro, I believe. Not sure if they ship all their cues out stock with hard tips unless you specify a tip upgrade, of which there was a pull down for that. I would’ve thought a Le Pro Medium/Hard without a specific upgrade request, but the hard tip is also working out fine. So minus one star for changing my order without notifying me and assuming I’d be okay with it.
