   I had a problem with the first one of these I ordered and it was replaced immediately by the PD staff with no fuss at all even though I am an international customer. As for the carrying case itself it’s a great way to store your spare cues (my use) and sturdy enough for a daily player. Big pockets good stitching. My only gripe might be that the lid is a tight fit if you use joint protectors but otherwise worth the money.

    I have to say, i was looking for a way to store my three cues and relative shafts, so i was aiming for a 3×5 rigid carrying case, then I saw the “ridiculous” value of this 4×8 and i went for it. BEST BUY EVER.. Top Materials, great packaging, bought overseas..     This is a great carrying case at a superb cost and protects the cues very well, the pockets are spacious. I had a bag extremely similar to this carrying case it was a 3 butt and 5 shaft case , so getting this new bag was a no brainer. Works wonderful!
