Chose the Propel
First off let me say that I LOVE predator cues. I shoot with a P3 Nova and a special edition green BK Rush. I figured an air rush would look good sitting next to my entire predator bag. I received a Cuetec Propel jump cue stick as a gift about 6 months ago. It’s effortless to jump with. The whole time I was jumping with it all I could think was ,”man if it’s this easy to not only jump with the Propel but jump ACCURATELY, WITH ENGLISH, I can only imagine how amazing the Air Rush will jump. ” Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The Propel jumps with less effort, more accuracy and much more cue stick ball control, especially when needing english. If I’m being honest, it’s not even close. I really am thrilled with the length, uniloc joints and the sport grip on the Air Rush. However, none of those translated to out jumping the propel. Ultimately, it comes down to preference but anyone that I know who has had both the propel and air rush in their bag for any amount of time have chosen the Propel. I figured everyone was just hating on Predator, because many adore to do that. But nope, I can say with absolute certainty the Air Rush is an inferior product and costs significantly more. The one thing I HATE about the Propel is the joints taking forever to unscrew when needing to dart. Aside from that, I can’t suggest it enough.
