Excellent Cue
In my experience, i bought this cue for my 8 year old son. He has been shooting with it for about 1 month. The cue is straight stiff balanced extremely durable. The durability is a must for an 8 year old learning to shoot pool. I am quite pleased with this pool cue. It is also a decent looking stick which just adds to my sons enjoyment of the game.

this is a huge upgrade from the pool cue sticks that were included with our 48″ mini pool table from the increased (balanced) weight of the handle to the larger stick tip that more readily accepts/holds chalk. it was not deformed or warped whatsoever.

Use of short stick.
Honestly, i have a table in a room that is built too small for an 8 ft stick sometimes due to construction error. A short stick is used to play when a regular stick is too long. It solves the problem and everybody is content. It works excellent.
