Athena ATH46 Cue – 21 oz

At 21 oz, this Athena ATH46 is the heaviest weight offered for the model. Heavier cues tend to feel steadier through the ball, though the best weight is a personal call, and the weight bolt allows the weight to be changed.

The look is a faded grey and white background carrying dragonflies, green leaves and a faded metallic whimsy design on the forearm and butt sleeve. A black Irish linen wrap covers the grip, and a black plate with a silver Athena logo and an Athena plug bumper finish the butt.

A hard rock maple shaft with a 10 to 12 inch pro taper sits up front, carrying a 12.5mm seven-layer vacuum sealed boar skin tip and a 1 inch fiber linen ferrule. A stainless steel collar surrounds the piloted 5/16×18 joint. An extension is included, a case and joint protectors are not, and a limited one year manufacturer warranty covers the cue.
