Aramith Crrown Standard Pool Balls
I replaced a 15 year old set of balls with these Aramith balls and the difference is amazing. These balls jump out of the break, and when being racked they stay put with no roll or wobble. They roll true, but sadly don’t seem to find the pocket any better than the old ones. They got here rapidly, and ordering was simple.

Amazing difference
I purchased new cloth and Aramith Belgian balls from Pool Dawg and just played the first few games on the table. We made a slight leveling adjustment as well and the table is like new. The balls are incredibly effortless rolling and take English so much better we are having to relearn the table. Thanks Pool Dawg! Hawkdawg Money well spent.

These are the superior. They are lowest cost ball I would ever order and recommend. These were about a hundred dollars when I bought them and they play like a ball I would expect in a upper level tournament. A thirty dollar set plays like kids toy balls after playing with these. I would never endorse a cheaper ball than this set. AND you can pick up single ball replacements speaks volumes about the consistent manufacturing process.

Almost Everything I Expected
From my perspective, when I ordered a set of balls from you, I was expecting an Aramith cue ball to be with the set. The cue stick ball that came with the set, instead, goes into the rack which isn’t good. It’s actually aggravating to keep fetching it from the other end of the table. Kinda sucks because only Aramith comes out to the cue ball slot. The extra .2 of an ounce really makes a difference on my table. Anyway, my old set were two different sizes in one but they came with the table when I bought it so at least I was able to save up some money to pick up a better set. At least now the all freeze to each other in the rack. Because the new set didn’t come with an Aramith cue stick ball, I can’t give you a 5 star rating.

Excellent Value
Truthfully, this a great ball set. I have brick floors and occasionally a ball will go off the table and bounce on the bricks. A reliable rub with the Aramith cleaner leaves only truly slight scratches on the ball. I use the pool cue ball provided with the set for breaks and then switch to the measles ball for regular play. The pool cue ball from this set has hit brick at least ten times and besides some slight discoloration / scratching rolls fantastic and has no significant dings in it. A great value for a set of balls.

In my experience, i bought this set for our Elks Club as our old balls were filthy and went clunk instead of crack when you contact them. Great Balls of fire!!
I actually own 2 sets of these balls for my table at home. The roll effectively and have very clear markings. They seem to retain a good cleaning for a long while as long as the felt is clean. I do notice they get a little dusty on Felt vs. Simones cloth but that is the felt not the balls. The reason for 2 sets is I had one of the balls from my previous set chip and pooldawg didn’t have a replacement at the time. Due to the set being so properly priced I chose to buy the set. Now I have 14 other ball replacements for that all important game!! -Doug

I purchased these pool balls for a friend that has a 7 foot table at his house. The table is a Sears purchase table and these balls are a huge upgrade to the balls that came with the table. He plays all the time, but the 2 years he’s had the table he never took care of the balls. So lots of friction and A LOT LESS ACTION lol!! The Aramith balls now glide with less force needed. Aramith Pool Balls Have Long Life-Spans
New table cloth rated new pocket billiard balls, so I replaced my 20+ years old Aramith Premiums, which are still in fine condition, with these Crown Standards. Looking up independent Aramith reviews online, all of their pool balls are made from the same phenolic resins, the main differences affecting the costs being the various finishes and graphic designs. So, having no need to impress friends and acquaintances, I bought these on sale. Most of the time, I’ll use the Crowns, but when my habitually hard shooting bro-in-law visits, nicely, he sometimes makes the concrete floor rather than a pocket. Thus, I’ll keep and substitute the much used, very tough Premiums when needed.
