Being a player who is involved in multiple leagues the Q Claw 5 has been a royal treat. With teams up to 8 players there is the constant question of where to place all of our cues. Most environments for these leagues are in local bars that we travel to and from on a week to week basis. Anyone who plays on these leagues understands that you don’t want to just leave your cue lying around. Within both of my teams their are 8 playing cues ranging in price from $100 – $1600 and 2 regularly used break cues (1 Stinger and one Predator BK2) summing up to around $800. Buying the claw 5 we can now hold many of our cues in one area. One thing i realized after i bought my Q Claw 5 what that when placed on a surface you can use the ends too as a spot for a cue. So when needed your Q Claw 5 can act as a Q Claw 7 which has helped me out multiple times. Can’t say enough good things about this purchase

So I have a 3 Q claw, and at leagues a friend always took one of my holders for his cue stick. So I bought the color Blue 5 Q claw and it could hold my quarters so when I practice before we start being judged on paper, I could store my quarters on my claw then setting the quarters loose on the table.

I have to say, this has a great feel to it, won’t allow your cues to slip, holds them upright nicely and has a solid weight and finish to it. Wont slip on the bar or any other ledge you place it on. Go ahead…do it!

Truthfully, i’m not sure what I did before the Stick Claw was invented. Most likely knock over my pool cue or mark up the wall. And what’s better than a two cue Cue Claw? A Cue Claw that holds FIVE cues. Spot on for visitors to my pool room or for the road. And the pattern holds the cues nicely.

The weight of this stick holder is really what makes it wonderful. it grips the surface and is extremely sturdy. The 5 cue pattern has enough space between cues you won’t be bumping cues when taking them in and out. The material is soft and will not mar the finish of your cue.

cue stick claws are the premier
the 1 and 2 cue claws move around too much and are easier stolen in bars. they have a tendency to get up and walk away. the 3 cue holders are fine but the 5 stick holders are the superior. although those have been noticed to disappear occasionally too. if you get one of the uglier or brighter colors they might not walk away. if u bring a 5 and a 3 and the crowds not too seedy you might be ok too. or two 5s.

An essential item for any player’s case!
So, granted, I haven’t used my q claw yet. But my parents bought a 3 slot q claw in black in 2019-2020 and at first I thought it was neat but questioned why we needed it. It then has survived 4 years of use and still looks like it’s brand new. So, as I’m beginning to build my personal cue cue case. This was the first thing I KNEW I needed. For $2 more than the 3 slot, I went with the 5 slot, because you never know when you’ll need more slots for friends. The quarter holder may help as effectively, but that’s TBD. Regardless of that, for how inexpensive it is, I feel it’s a need if you have even one personal cue. I had issues with UPS delaying my order twice, so instead of getting my order potentially Friday but more than likely Monday (ordered Tuesday at like 2 AM EST and live in a 3-day shipping area according to website) but that wasn’t PoolDawg’s issue. Will likely order my Cuetec AVID stick from PoolDawg! (when they’re in stock :()

A friend found a black Q Claw 5-cue holder left behind and gave it to me, but I later heard a guy say “he lost one” and described the one my friend had found and given to me. So I gave it back to the rightful owner, but I had come to like it while I had it, so I bought another one. I got it in bright ORANGE so I would be less likely to overlook it and leave it behind, lol. As a plus, the newer Q Claws have a space to put quarters on top, so that’s solid and useful. I like it that I can put the Q Claw in a protected spot and have a safe place to rest my cues between shots. I recommend this purchase.
