   Exactly as advertised; best customer service ever!

   I recently bought an extra shaft for my Joss stick, so I needed to upgrade my bag. I really like the fact that the case has a handle on the side (which balances perfectly) as nicely as a handle on the end. The straps adjust easily and, since I never wear the carrying case as a ‘backpack,’ I like the fact that the straps detach and attach easily. Also, the zipper pulls are metallic and very simple to spot in a dimly lit venue. I was not prepared for the snug fit. The first time I used it, I pushed the butts and the shafts in too far and removing them was more of a chore than I hoped for. However, there’s a lot of ‘headroom’ inside the cap, which means you can leave enough of the shafts and butts available so you can get a good grip on them to get the out of the cue case. Finally, thanks to Steve Kissinger for quickly contacting me to let me know the cue case I’d ordered (the same case, in gray) was out of stock and offered me the option of taking the bag in black or having a full refund. Truly seldom do you see upper management involved in customer service.
