From my perspective, i like the style and design. My biggest problem is with the top. The “hinge’ part of the top is so stiff that it is a bit of a chore to get the cues out easily. I am hoping that in time it will loosen up and lay back on its own a little better. Also, the holes for the butts and shafts were too deep for my cues. That is probably on me for not reading the specs on the case more carefully. I cured the trouble with a few pieces of styrofoam.

Pleasant soft linings, Keeps your cues tight so they don’t rattle against each other. The smaller storage pocket has a little side zipper so you dont have to shove your fingers in to dig out your chalk, or scuffing tool. The overall quality of the carrying case is amazing for the cost. So far, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Fine Value and Construction

Overall, I like the case. I was looking for a good quality, moderately priced case to use in practice sessions. The Instroke Premier is nicely built and seems it will be durable. It provides plenty of protection for my cues. Pockets have decent space and the zippers work as they should, making access to the pockets easier. Only issues I have with the cue case is that the lid is really, very stiff to open, and sometimes hard to keep open to pull out my cues. It can be a little challenging to get the cues out as the case does not have much room for allowing fingers to grab the butt or shaft that will be used. It is also hard to get the lid to come on or off the clasp when opening and closing. Apart from those issues, which I will work with due to the case being properly built and it serves it’s intended purpose, I am really happy with my purchase.
