Two butts, two shafts, one oval shell: that is the short version of the Xcel KXH22 in Green. It is a 2×2 hard cue case from Koda’s value Xcel range, aimed at players who carry a pair of cues and want a pool cue case that keeps both inside a rigid shell.
Under the nylon cover sits the polyform shell, the moulded rigid form Koda uses for its hard cases, shaped here as an oval. Contrast piping outlines the exterior. For gear there is a large zippered accessory pocket, and a second pocket gives you another place to split things up, with chalk in one and a glove in the other.
Green is the colour you see on the piping, because the main body of the KXH22 GN stays black. That pairing gives a restrained look with one clear accent, useful on a table where everyone’s gear looks alike. Zip it, grip it, and both cues are covered for the walk to the next match.
