Bocote gives the Koda KD21 pool cue its handle: a brown wrapless section set against black on the forearm and butt sleeve. It is a playing cue from Koda’s KD range, and it suits players who want a two-tone finish and a grip with no wrap on it. Like the rest of that range, it is meant for regular shooting, not for breaking or jumping.
The hard rock maple shaft measures 29 inches and ends in a 12.5 mm Le Pro tip, with a 10 mm glossy black collar just below. A 5/16 x 18 joint links shaft and butt, and a compression bumper rounds out the base. Because there is no wrap, your grip hand rests directly on the bocote, so what you see on the handle is exactly what you hold.
Black dominates the forearm and sleeve, the bocote adds a brown accent, and a black Implex butt cap finishes the bottom. Weights run from 18 to 21 oz in one-ounce steps, set when you order. A 10-year warranty that reaches warpage backs the KD21, which gives it some staying power for players who keep a cue for years.
