Xcel KS01 Black Pool Cue

The Xcel KS01 black pool cue is an entry-level playing cue with a wrapless handle finished in a matte black simulated wrap. It suits newer players and anyone who wants a plain, dependable cue to practise with. As part of Xcel by Koda, the entry-level line, it covers the basics and leaves the extras out.

The shaft is 100% hard rock maple, 29 inches long, with a 13 mm brown leather tip and a 10 mm glossy black collar. At the other end, the butt joins it through a 5/16 x 18 joint. Because there is no wrapped section, the matte black handle finish is the only surface under your hand, and a compression bumper sits at the base of the butt.

Black is the only real colour here, from the handle to the collar, with a cream Implex butt cap as the single contrast. The weight is the only decision left, 18, 19, 20 or 21 oz at checkout, which suits a first cue or a spare to keep on hand.
