This is a nice small bridge for those tight spaces. The wheel is a little tight ,but that might be quality so it gives more control. Hopefully it will loosen up with more play.

I don’t know if I might have a glitch in my computers but I found the first one on your site by pure accident. Then when I needed another one, even though I knew that I got the first one from pooldawg, I could not find it . I checked old receipts, computer history, the internet everywhere. FinallyI did an image search and found pictures of it, one image had a title, —–you see I could not remember its name.Only by searching your site with it’s name “shifty bridge” could I find it. Please put it on more pages, so when I may need another one, I can find it. I think the page it’s on may be on an orphan page. I use to manage a family website. Some times the editor software would get a glitch and drop an internal link.

I must admit, i have had so much trouble in the past trying to hold a bridge and shoot, but now with the shifty bridge it is so simple my game has improved tremendously. I bought the shifty bridge for a young lady who has Cerebral Palsy. When shooting, her left hand must be on the table to balance so she will not fall. The shifty bridge allows her to put the pool cue stick on the table and allows her to play. When she made her first ball she cried with happiness. This Little Guy Gets A Lot Of Attention!
Before I started to use my new Shifty Bridge in APA league play I checked the rule book, and with my division rep, and both gave it their blessing. At first a lot of people in my league didn’t think it worked effectively, but that was “operator error”. Now that I’ve practiced more with it, and make 99% of my Shifty Bridge shots, everyone thinks its cool. I have never liked using the old fashioned second stick bridge – talk about looking like an awkward geek! The only time I have to go to the stick bridge now is when I need elevation over a ball that’s tight to the cue stick ball. Otherwise, I just slip my Shifty Bridge on the tip of my pool cue, chalk, aim, shoot and score! The Shifty Bridge is a fantastic, convenient tool to use in APA league competition.

To be really wonderful, this little device would have to be bigger, way more complicated, and way more expensive…which would be a disaster! It’s so handy! No more searching the entire room for the “crutch”, just reach in your pocket! No need to make a spectacle of yourself, waving TWO sticks around! The only catch: you can’t shoot over a blocking ball. Still, handiest little doo-dad on earth you can buy for a lousy $10!

Best bridge I’ve ever used!
Without a doubt, playing pool with a physical disability can be difficult at the top-notch of times. Using a static bridge is typically enough to get me where I need to be. However, The Shifty Bridge can be placed anywhere on the shaft which allows me to open up extra space on some tighter shots. Nifty Fifty Fifty
I like playing on a 9 ft table but I hate using the conventional bridge, so I thought I would give this gadget a try. It definitely helps me avoid the other option, but it does take some getting used to. All in all, a decent gizmo for the money and it occasionally comes in handy.
