    The DVD accompanying this item feels a bit dated. But, the device works as advertised. It helps you to see what a center ball stroke looks like and corrects your eyes’ natural parallax error. I can say that since I’ve started to become aware of this phenomenon, my game has improved significantly. I will likely use this item to help teach my kids to play because it’s so easy to understand the visual it provides.

    The 3rd Eye Stroke Trainer is a must for improving stroke mechanics. Simple to use, immediate feed back, and powerful results. I really don’t think there is anything as effective as this, and so affordable. There is no excuse.

    Performs as described and will provide feedback on your stoke. I had trouble installing. The cone shape adapter must be used. Slide stroke trainer carefully or it will break. Unfortunately, it has no instructions on how to insert on the cue. It comes with a dvd that gives good advice on your stoke.

    If you buy the 3rd eye trainer…make sure you slide it CAREFULLY onto your ferrule…the ring that holds in on can break if you don’t ease it on…AND…thankyou to PoolDawg, I broke mine putting it on the first time, they’re very friendly, they shipped me a replacement right away.

    Truthfully, yes it works. It’s simple to attach and remove from my cue. Watch the DVD to get the most out of this tool. It’s arms are flexible so you can get down on the cue ball if you want. I was hitting the ball just off center before using this tool. It has helped me focus correcting stroke and aim on the stick ball. I like it and highly recommend this device.
