    I have been using the regular kamui black soft for years. Switched to the athlete soft to see the difference. I can tell it is a little firmer than the black soft. It takes some getting used to. I miscued a few times trying to draw my stick ball. But once I got used to it, it’s a pretty fine tip. If you’re used to a little firmer than soft, this is your tip. If you like a softer tip, than stick with the black soft. Just my opinion

    I gave it a 4 because I have only started playing with it a couple weeks ago. I have the Med. and for my CF shaft and playing it seems to be a quality fit so far

    I really like the soft version of the athlete tip it offers fine spin and consistent control I haven’t had it long enough to determine durability but it could be the best tip I have played with

    I put this tip on my Defy carbon fiber shaft. I went with the soft one as most seem to harden after use. That hasn’t happened yet nor am I having trouble with “mushrooming” like most soft tips do. I really like it!
