Amazing cue, experience with ordering through pooldawg has been horrible though.
I have to say, so I’ve been putting off upgrading my main cue for leagues for a few years. A couple of my team mates have purchased Cuetec’s and have loved them, and they felt reliable when I shot with them too. I finally bought the bullet and purchase this on August 15th, with the 11. 8mm shaft and a 21 oz weight. The day it showed up I was excited to start practicing with it, however they had sent the wrong stick. It was the 12. 5mm shaft, and 19 ounces. I contacted them immediately and they sent out the correct 11. 8 shaft and I received it a week later. Still no weights and call backs from them have been lacking on status of the replacement shaft and the weights. I initially called them twice, and sent two e-mails and they were pretty nonchalant about it all. Regarding the pool cue though, I should have upgraded a few years ago. Quite little deflection, it feels very solid and I’ve made some shots (high angle cuts) that I always struggled with before. It’s a big change from a wood shaft, but nicely worth the money!
