The Best Break & Jump that i played

This is fore sure the Superior Break & Jump Pool cue that i played in 25 Years. The Weight and Balance with just 19 OZ are spot on for powerfull Breaks. I use just 2/3 of my regular power and 1/3 more speed an the Breaks in 8 Ball are awesome ! Am thrilled with IT !

I alomost want to call this a sneakier Pete except you cant really shoot your regular shots with a phenolic tip all that well. It’s weighted a little heavy on the back-side. It could be more balanced. The quick release is superb! A nice looking addition for my breaks at home and around tournaments.

Vast improvement on breaks from first session I used it

Just wanted to give some quick kudos to this cue after using it in my first session since receiving it. Upon a number of breaks in practice and league play last week, I not only didn’t have a single scratch due to the tip not putting undo spin/english on the ball, but it broke the pack sensationally and only once I did not make a ball on the break. Look forward to learning to use the Jump cue side of this stick, but so far it is everything I wanted.

Action ACTBJR Break Cue

I just received my Action Break Cue stick and took it out for a ride. For the money the quality is superb. The rosewood is absolutely georgeous. This cue hits like a piece of water pipe albiet with great feel the wrapless wood handle gives superior gripping ability. The phenolic tip and ferrule with the quick release wood to wood joint provide a superior pocket and no doubt will provide exceptionable durability. As pooldawg’s customers should be accustomed to the customer service is always friendly accurate and the shipping fast. Excellent customer relations. If you’re looking for a break/jump cue your search is over and this is your cue.

Really Good Stick

I had a White Diamond tip installed on this cue, and while it is somewhat lacking in break power and spread, it provides excellent control. It also is really good at both getting the ball up and controlling the cue ball during jumps. It is a very decent stick for the money you pay for it.

Wonderful breaker

I call it my BOOM stick! It pleasant and smooth, the plastic tip really does help with the break and it does a good job at jumping as properly (as long as you chalk it properly). Another product that does amazing and has a friendly cost tag.

very good stick

Honestly, this was my first break/jump stick and I loved it until it was stolen from my car one night. I ordered another Action break cue and both do precisely what you want. For a newby it will take a while to get used to the very hard tip on this stick but it’s been unbreakable. Once you get used to it you will be able to chalk up power up and send rockets to the rack. The cue ball hits with a very satisfying CRACK and the balls scatter all over the table which is exactly what you want in a break cue. It’s a great bargain as well.

Great break cue

I read all reviews for this pool cue on this and other websites. Actual pool cue has a glossy and shiny finish which is not represented in the photos. I ordered this pool cue with the phenolic tip, 21 ozs. As is, it’s obvious there is no leather tip. Simple solution is to use clear 1/2 inch tape. Line tape exactly to the bottom of the ferrule for 2 revolutions. Apply black permanent ink marker Sharpie Extreme across the exposed tip and over the tape. Apply some furniture wax polish for a burnished finish. Remove tape. Done. I also ordered an extra shaft and upgraded with a Samsara jump/break tip. https://www.pooldawg.com/action-actxs-k-extra-shaft. This way you can choose better pure power of the phenolic tip or power and control with the Samsara tip. For joint protectors, https://www.pooldawg.com/action-joint-protector-set. For the correct pin size select the Action Jump Break icon below Radial and Uni-Lock. Get ’em all!

Pleasant cue for the money

I got this cue in 18oz because of write ups that showed 18oz was optimal for acceleration. I replaced the tip with a white diamond. It operates really properly for a short stroke, controlled break. If I try breaks with a longer follow through, the stick ball has too much topspin. The shaft seems a bit whippy, maybe that’s why it creates spin. Seems to break the rack effectively, but I have only tried a couple of break cues, so not much to compare it with.

Good break cue for the price

As a break cue stick, this cues performs nicely for me. Just one comment: be sure to chalk that phenolic tip effectively. Phenolic tips are hard and slick. Without adequate chalk, they are more prone to miscuing than even hardened leather tips.

ACTION ACTBJR BREAK JUMP CUE

I must admit, decided I needed a break jump pool cue and looked for a fine value and I found it Decided to get a White Diamond tip upgrade after reading several previous reviews and glad I did as this tip is still hard but allows you to impart English much easier I chose the highest weight choice of 21 ounces and it gives me a monster break – Made 3 balls on the break after several tries – have never done that before Jump cue is also excellent but you need to practice to get proficient with that skill and there are a multitude of videos on YouTube to learn this Another reason I bought this one is it had continuous 5 star highest rating Reviews I received the cue about 2 weeks ago and have not been disappointed – excellent service, price and speedy delivery on build quality stick – what more can you ask for ? So far I am loving this stick – Thanks PoolDawg Would buy again.
