I really am impressed by the stick. I bought it as a play stick that I’m not too worried about damage or theft when I go some places. Was surprised at how gorgeous the finish is and the overall build quality. I replaced the tip with a hard water buffalo and when I play with it I also use it as a break stick, it functions great and hits great. I highly suggest it.

extremely pleasant stick for the
really nice stick for the money. I like a lighter stick, 19 or lighter. This one is 19 but plays heavier. Too much weight in the butt. I pretty sure it’s the zebrawood density. The center of gravity should be closer to the middle. Otherwise this is the best bargain of cues under $100 bucks. Sure beats playing with beat-up house cues that’s for sure.

Truthfully, as a casual player, 3 or so times a month, it’s perfect. I just needed something I can rely on. Looks like a house cue but far better quality. It’s got somewhat of a satin finish and glides easily and gives consistent shots. It’s funny how greatly it can improve your game.

Honestly, it’s a great cue, seems solid, rolls straight and hits good. For the money you can’t beat it. The only changes I made were to have the shaft turned down a little and put a harder tip on it so I can break and play with it. I use it in places I don’t care to take my more expensive cues.

Best stick for its price: minimalist stick
Probably the best cues you can get for it’s value. Wood to wood joint with minimal seam is a huge plus for any sneaky Pete. The standard tip that comes with the cue is responsive enough to get fine touch. I endorse for people who like the feeling of bar cues who want a little upgrade, or do not like to draw too much attention. Full disclosure: I am not a big fan of wrapped cues based on feel and unwanted attention they can bring. Something to consider before purchasing. And although the skill level says “I’ll take your money”, I have no interest in money games. I just really love this game and have decades of playing behind me. Delighted shooting. Be safe.

Probably like a lot of pool players I’m an older fellow and my son runs all over me. The concern is the actual ball making capabilities. This larger diameter tip has made me focus less on spend and more on the actual shot making and has improved my game 70%. I did go with the soft black camo and I’m extremely pleased. Would highly recommend it for someone that has gotten ahead of themselves with a lot of the fancy sticks on the market. I now have a $900 Moody and $600 white carbon shaft that sits in my bag and collects dust. Maybe one day I will be ready for those but for now very much enjoying running the balls with simple English.

In my experience, i have a couple of “nice” cues, including a McDermott G-Shock low deflection shaft, which isn’t bad at all. But I’ve been not bringing it around and just shooting with house cues of late and I came to the realization that I just love me a maple 19 oz house cue for shooting and breaking. I never noticed any improvement or advantage to shooting with my more expensive cues. This one is straight as an arrow and is consistent af. Every shot is satisfying in feel and sound, and more like the cues I grew up with. I highly endorse this cue!

Without a doubt, i got a Zan hybrid max tip put on and I really like the stiffness on how it plays. The shaft comes very silky and feels fantastic but eye think you need to put a wax of some sort to keep it silky for longer periods of time.
