Rocking the Athena Cue
In my experience, adore this stick! The balance is just right for me, and I am thrilled with that the attachment makes it easier to use than a bridge. I was worried about finding the heavier cue that would suit me (I am short) and this does the trick. Nice quality, excellent price, can’t complain at all. Pool Dawgs got it to me super fast, and going to keep enjoying it for a long time.

Great Cue
Amazing cue stick love the balance on it as well as the effortless glide when shooting. The 10” extension is outstanding for my friend (She’s shorter than me by 5”) and helps a lot when using a bridge. The design is also very pleasant not cheaply slapped on like some of the cheaper brand cues. I’d suggest this cue to most anyone wanting a good but non expensive cue.

Exceptional Customer Service
This review is all about the Amazing Customer Service! My Lady is of Irish decent and I mentioned to her that I wanted to purchase a cue that would be hers and hers alone. PoolDawg was the first place I looked and could not believe my eyes when this Cue was listed. But, it was Unavailable. I had the Athena Item Number, so the internet search began. I checked everywhere that sells Athena Cues, but none were available. Finally, I called PoolDawg and spoke with a gentleman that gave me hope. The Cues were On-Order, but had no specific delivery date. Oh, did I mention that this was intended to be a September Birthday Present? So, you can imagine my surprise when I received notification that the Cue was back In-Stock. I ordered it immediately and now have the spot on Christmas gift for under the tree. I have to say, i purchased this pool stick for a Christmas gift for my wife. Her birthday is St. Patrick’s Day and Green is her favorite color, so I know she’s going to love it. So pretty
The cue came nicely packaged and the stick is absolutely beautiful and so is the engraving. The only caveat I suggest anyone do is get the tip upgrade and possibly an extra shaft, the tip it came with played effectively until it delaminated during play and came apart in three separate layers. I at least won the tournament before it self destructed. It was either cheap or dried out from sitting on a shelf, thankfully I had a Precision Tip sitting around but I surely didn’t think I’d be replacing it 2 weeks later. All in all a excellent playing cue for the price point.

Pleasantly Suprised
Bought this cue for my wife who is Irish so she wouldn’t just be playing with one of the house cues. It’s plays well and now she has a special cue of her own. The stick extension is a good addition that will probably come in handy and only takes a couple seconds to add on.
