Elite 15oz Ultra Light Break Cue stick
In my experience, elite 15oz Ultra Light Break Cue stick w/Tiger Icebreaker tip I didn’t know if switching from a heavy, 25 oz, break cure to a 15/16 oz break cue would make a difference but boy does it ever. I’m now breaking 8 ball racks much better and have more control.

Great break cue
I have purchased 2 break cues from PoolDawg over the last few years. The first one was the 27 oz Elite as I thought it would give me a great break. After using it for several months I took the weight bolt out and took it down to about 20 oz, I was getting better breaks, but still not outstanding. I just got the 15 oz Elite and will NEVER go back to a heavy break cue. I get terrific spread of the rack and one or more balls on most breaks now. Also want to say that PoolDawg’s customer service is GREAT. They are my supplier for life due to how they have treated during my purchase and fixing an issue with the first cue I bought from them. I ordered the Elite 15oz stick on Wednesday night and got it on Friday in time to shoot that night. It does help the I live in Colorado, close to them.

Elite 15oz break cue
I love this cue. Most folks I play with prefer a really heavy break cue but I just don’t get the speed and precision I want from a cue any heavier than 19 oz. Having just dropped down to a 19 oz McDermott G core (from a 21 oz Players) I wanted some thing even lighter and this cue fit the bill to a ”T”! I get good clean breaks every time and at least 75% of the time drop one or more balls. For the price it cannot be beat. Highly recommended for a starter player.

Outstanding BUT
Amazing Break stick but it is not the one in the picture. No nickle rings and all black wrap.

Love it
it hits quite properly, and extremely hard. Some of my teammates were skeptical until they tried it out. The only part I don’t like as much is that it’s an all Wood joint. great cue for the price

Break Cue
After switch from the elite break cue of 27oz. Ended up taking the bolt out because it was to heavy. Wasn’t get much controll on the pool cue ball. Same for when I had the bolt out. Now with the 15oz I am able to strick the rack more accurate. With the right amount of power.

Elite Breaking Cue for Quick Breaks
Without a doubt, i recently received this breaking cue stick which I ordered with the Tiger Icebreaker tip. I find that I can break with a better scatter and higher consistency using this pool cue. My first break using this stick I sunk the nine ball. Now that might just be co-incidence but this will be my go-to for breaking from now on.

Pool stick
From my perspective, i ordered this pool cue stick for my fiancé for an early wedding gift. I really think that he is going to appreciate it.

Amazing break cue
Ordered with a Kamui Clear Black hard and I can’t be happier. I finally have a consistent break I can rely on for a run out.

Elite 15oz Ultra Light Break Cue Review
I love the cue stick so far, everything that I would have wanted in a pool cue stick.
Morgan C. –
solid fast break
Truthfully, the 15 oz Elite is terrific, the only problem I am having is the really hard Phenolic tip and how rounded it is. I should have gone to one grade softer tip. Being a jump stick to is more than likely why it is how it is. I have changed the way I shoot , which i needed too,and I am having much improved and controlled shots.

This cue plays perfectly. With and without chalk. I read the reviews before purchasing: no one lied. It moves faster. Power is speed. It came to me swift and packaged quite nicely. Maybe it’s my bad hearing, but the contact is quieter than I hoped for. Very satisfied.

AWESOME
I must admit, terrific lightweight break cue for the price!!!

Great break pool cue for 9
Great break cue for 9 ball. Sinking at least 3 on every rack.

Excellent Cue stick
A very good cue stick for the cost. Mine weighted 14.7oz and was really sturdy. I put a samsara tip on it and it breaks like a monster!

Amazing Break Stick
I have used a few other break cues in my few years playing APA 9-ball and this is my favorite. I’m more of a speed breaker than a power breaker and I haven’t gotten a faster break anywhere.

stick
I also play with it… light and lovin’ it!!!!

Now i understand Lighter b-ing FASTER
From my perspective, i purchased this 4 kids & Ladys 2 use, Wow it’s my FAVORITE BREAKER, I purchased their 27 oz illegal BREAKER also, after using the 15 oz-er, i removed the 6.5 oz weight from the 27 = 20.5, a lot faster !

15 oz. Elite Light Break Cue
Break Stick got here quickly and meets my wife’s expectations. She need a lighter weight break cue stick and this one meets her needs. Would vouch for that Joint protects be referenced and order at the same time as the pool cue. We ordered them separately after receiving the cue

First cue was damaged during shipment, called and rep said a replacement would go out the next day or so.

Fantastic break cue stick
Honestly, solid strike and good speed due to a lighter cue.

Elite light break cue stick
Oh my. This cue is amazing. I had the phenolic tip changed to a kamui black hard. It is a real beast.

Ultra light break cue
Ultra light break cue Highly recommend!

Decent break cue at a very nice price.
I was told by the late Ray Schuler, stick maker, that a light cue makes a better break stick because it allows you to propel the ball faster thus producing a more powerful break. I could tell right away that this cue stick fits the bill. I opted for the white diamond fiber tip.
Jesse M. –
Ver nice cue stick
Really lovely cue, feels really solid in your hands despite how light it feels and has a satisfying impact. Would highly vouch for.

Break cue stick
Some of the superior breaks I have ever had. Great ball control with the break and some nasty English. Just wished the separate shafts weren’t so expensive I can order another whole break stick for the same price as one shaft. That would be my only issue that I can see with this cue stick besides that amazing work and great feeling.
Drew H. –
Good pool cue Ugly joint.
For the cost it is a pretty quality cue stick. It has good feel and control. I got a Kamui hard tip put on I might go with something harder if I did it again. The part of the cue I really dislike is the joint. If i had seen this I would not have bought it. For the price it is a make cue stick.
Sue F. –
Great cue stick am thrilled with it.
Amazing stick, appreciate it.

Outstanding for breaking period!
Without a doubt, i wanted a light break cue, I bought it with a Tiger Icebreaker tip, couldn’t wait to use it started breaking some 9-ball racks miscued a few times cause I use low English a lot then I realized I needed to shape the tip I actually put a dime radius on it a man it just breaks like a Powerhouse recommend going to purchase a duplicate of it as a backup it’s effectively priced right the little bit of money that you pay for this cue stick see you all in The Finals
Lisa L. –
Great break pool cue Joint…not so much.
In my experience, i was all-in for this cue since it was both light, and afforded the ability to adjust the weight quickly and easily. So I bought it along with an assortment of weights, but I was leery of the wood-to-wood joint. The cue held up well for 4 years, and then the wood pin snapped in the butt after a break, rendering the pool cue useless. It did play properly for 4 years so I guess I got my money’s worth, not really sure. Now I’m on the fence about buying another one or trying to find a different breaker that is similar in weight. It’s always something.

I received my order quickly
I received my order quickly even with custom changes to the tip and wrap. I added a hard kamui black clear tip change and changed the wrap to black with green. I break better with this cue for sure. I’m able to get more speed on it and maintain better control. So far I am Very pleased with it!

Counterintuitive being so light, but works
From my perspective, mine came with an upgraded Zan plus hard tip and is 15.05 OZ. Works beautifully for the break with plenty control, and it is actually a fine playing cue on my 7 ft. Table.

The shipping experience was great
The shipment experience was great and quick. I’ve used the break cue for both 8 @ 9 ball. Initially took some time to get used to the quite light(16 oz.) break cue. But now I like better than the heavier due to more ball speed.

great break stick would recommend.
great break stick! would recommend.

This stick was a gift
this pool cue was a gift for my brother and the service I received in changing the mailing address was fabulous. He loves his customized pool cue.
Amy H. –
Absolutely my favorite breaker
This is easily my favorite breaker. I’ve always enjoyed a lighter pool cue, and looked forward to this purchase for quite awhile. The complete lack of effort it takes to move a pool cue this light more than offsets any advantage of a heavier breaking cue and I pocket way harder and more accurately (as does anyone else that I’ve permitted to break with it). I’d drop even more weight if I could.

Elite 15-16 oz break cue stick
I got this cue recently mine came in at 15.89 Oz which in my opinion still classifies it as a 15-oz stick (I understand how rounding works but I also understand a car that went 7.9 seconds is still a 7 second car) I got it with the phenolic resin tip and I play with it at least once a week because I’m in league and sometimes I get an extra night out I have no complaints out of it my mother has started using it and so have more and more of my teammates because it’s a extremely effortless stick to get a lot of pool cue ball speed out of without hardly any spent even if you hit wrong but you will miscue easily until you get used to it all in all I adore it it’s exactly what I wanted and so far after having it for a month I have no issues with the wooden joint but then again I am very gentle with mine

Elite 15oz cue
I went from a 19 oz. break cue to the Elite 15oz break cue. the lighter cue stick has made a difference in my breaking abilities.
