   Decent Cue!

   This is a quality stick for the price point! A lot of production cues have a sticky varnish on them to make them appear shinier. Not so with this one – it’s just fluid sanded ash which is much better to shoot with. The tip came pre-shaped (dime radius) scuffed and ready to chalk. One thing that’s worth noting is that while the butt is pictured with a black finish mine came with more of a brown finish which doesn’t bother me all that much. This is where the mass production craftsmanship level shows through however. It certainly doesn’t appear to be handmade. If you’re on a budget and want to purchase a snooker pool cue this one fits the bill! It’s a huge step up from playing with house cues.

   Excellent choice!!!

   From my perspective, i purchased this cue for my dad who plays several times per week at the local senior center. he has always been more comfortable with a snooker pool cue but never pulled the trigger on one. this was such a wonderful purchase for him. i can see his game improve with this new cue and his comfort level is noticeable. I decided to use this pool cue for a while as nicely and its excellent from top to bottom. Fantastic pool cue and especially for the price! Highly endorse!

   Without a doubt, the shaft is straight but when mated at the joint, the cue has a pronounced wobble. To overcome this, I make sure the wobble is pointing downwards. Overall I still like the stick.
