The Xcel KS03-52 is a blue junior pool cue measuring 52 inches overall, a shorter length meant for younger players and for anyone who needs a compact cue near a wall or at a crowded table. It comes from Xcel by Koda, the brand’s entry-level line.

Even at this length the cue keeps a proper shaft: 100% hard rock maple, 29 inches long, with a 13 mm brown leather tip and a 10 mm black glossy collar. A 5/16 x 18 joint connects the two pieces and a compression bumper is fitted to the butt. These are the same fundamentals as the rest of the Xcel range, in a size that is easier for a smaller player to manage.

Blue and black are the colors, with a matte blue simulated wrap on the wrapless handle and a cream Implex butt cap. Choose it as a first cue that looks good enough for a young player to want to pick up.
