    The carrying case is what I expected – a clean decent quality item. You folks shipped the pool cue bag weeks before I expected. I ordered the cue stick bag just after the lock-down started here in California. Your website informed the shop would stay closed until April 17, 2020 and to expect shipment afterward. I received the carrying case almost two weeks before that. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days. You restored some hope that is not so. I will return as a customer. Thank you.

    this case is just what I needed to carry all my goodies.It holds my break cue and shaft also my playing cue stick with two shafts plus my jump cue and shaft. Also the extension for my playing cue,quarter holder, tiger three cue holder. A cue tec scuffer and pick. Everything fits great.
