Low cost Low Deflection
I am in appreciate with my new summit ld shaft. The smaller tip is the main reason I got it and requires more accuracy when cueing, but has forced me to be more precise. The Kamui clear original tip it comes with holds chalk extremely properly, I can run a rack of 9-ball without needing to rechalk (but still do anyways lol). As far as deflection, with maximum parallel English at speedy speed on a seven footer the stick ball deflects roughly 3/4 of an inch (my stock players shaft would deflect about twice this much, 1.5 inches) Tl;DR: excellent ld shaft at good cost, highly recommended for eager new players

Summit 11.5 shaft
the shaft his excellent, feels good with the 11.5 shaft. You definitely feel the difference when using English. The Kamui tip is nice, It makes great contact. The only thing is the shaft is slightly off when connecting with my players pool cue. But these weren’t made together so I can see why and it’s not much of an issue, doesn’t affect the shooting. Shipping was good came in safely. I would recommend it before spending more on a shaft.

Love it! Had been using a McDermott I3 shaft. The Summit has a better balance than the I3 attached to a NV-64 butt.

Shaft is really good. It fit perfectly on my butt. It’s light, smooth and have solid hit. The tip is also pretty good. If you want to try thinner shaft than your original was, this is good choice

I’m still trying to get
From my perspective, i’m still trying to get used to it, I accidentally broke with it since I didn’t have a break cue near me during a tournament and now the shaft is warped just a hair, but my pool buddies said it shouldn’t affect my shooting. I do like it though once I get used to it!
