The Koda KDJPPK Jump Cue is a Koda jump cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a Uni-Loc joint and a 13.50mm classic wood shaft. It is in stock at $171, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

If you want a jump cue that does not look like every other black stick in the rack, the Koda KDJPPK adds a pink points graphic to a black finish. It is a jump cue for players who take their jump shots seriously and want the equipment to show a bit of style while it does the work.

The construction is simple. A 12.5 inch butt joins a 29 inch hard rock maple shaft through a Uni-Loc quick-release joint, and the shaft ends in a 13.5 mm brown phenolic jump tip. Everything about the cue is aimed at one shot: getting the cue ball up and over a ball that is in your way.

The color story is black with pink points, with pink and black the two colors listed. It sits easily in a case next to a playing cue or a break cue in nearly any color, so it works whether your other gear is subdued or bright. If you need a jump option and want it to look deliberate, this is a clean way to get one.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Koda KDJPPK Jump Cue use?

It uses a Uni-Loc joint. That means any Uni-Loc shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against Uni-Loc before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Koda KDJPPK Jump Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.50mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Koda KDJPPK Jump Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Koda KDJPPK Jump Cue built for?

It is set up as a jump cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

Is Quarter King an authorized Koda dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Koda dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.
