Questions about this cue
What joint does the Mcdermott Defy Carbon Fiber Shaft 12.5mm use?
It uses a 3/8X10, 5/16X14, 5/16X18, Radial, Uni-Loc joint. That means any 3/8X10, 5/16X14, 5/16X18, Radial, Uni-Loc shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 3/8X10, 5/16X14, 5/16X18, Radial, Uni-Loc before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.
What is the Mcdermott Defy Carbon Fiber Shaft 12.5mm built for?
It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.
Is Quarter King an authorized McDermott dealer?
