Description

Pool halls, bars, and rec centers that need dependable house cues without the upkeep of a two-piece rack often turn to something like the Players 58″ One-Piece Cue. Built as a single continuous 58 inch stick with a 13mm Classic Wood shaft, it uses Players’ 5/16×18 joint pin sizing and skips a wrap entirely for a plain, easy-to-clean handle. Because it is one piece, there is nothing to come loose between racks, which matters when a cue gets passed around all night. It will not replace a dedicated playing cue, but it does exactly what a house cue is supposed to do. About $50 and in stock.

Questions about this cue

What shaft diameter is the Players 58" One-Piece Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.00mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Players 58" One-Piece Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Players 58" One-Piece Cue built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

Is Quarter King an authorized Players dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Players dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.
