Elite ELJMP jump cue in Rosewood or Pink finishes, with a 13.5mm phenolic tip, a 29 inch AAA Canadian hard rock maple shaft, an Action quick release joint and no wrap.

SKU: ELJMP Categories: , Brand:

The Elite ELJMP Jump Cue is a Elite jump cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a Action Quick Release joint and a 13.50mm classic wood shaft. It is in stock at $179, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

The Elite ELJMP is a dedicated jump cue offered in two finishes. The Rosewood version has a maple forearm with cherry brown points and black veneers plus a cherry butt sleeve, while the Pink version uses pink points and black veneers with a pink butt sleeve and a white Hoppe-style ring. Both are wrapless.

A 13.5mm phenolic tip sits on an Ivorene-3 fiber linen ferrule. Phenolic is hard and absorbs little energy on impact, which is why it is the usual choice for jump shots. Jump cues are used with the cue raised at a steep angle to lift the cue ball over a blocking ball.

The 29 inch shaft is AAA grade Canadian hard rock maple, and the cue joins with an Action quick release joint. The weight on this cue is fixed, with no weight bolt to change it. Joint protectors, an extension and a case are not included, and a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty applies.

  1. Kate W. –

elite jump stick anf soft bag

its going to take some practice to get used to using this and striking the stick ball properly to get the lift each time while hitting my object ball…nothings ever eazy at first…thx Jon Wade McDonald

  2. Drew H. –

    better than a predator air

First time I used this cue stick, I fell in love with it. Don’t know why, but this is the easiest jumping stick I have ever used. I have a pred air9first edition) and a lucasi jump, but neither of these get me the results of the elite cue. I can be 1/2″ behind a ball and get the cue stick ball up and over it. Try one, I’m sure you’ll like it.

  3. Lisa L. –

    Excellent light weight jump cue.

Without a doubt, great light weight jump cue. Operates well

  4. Casey H. –

    Good Hop

Just received my new jump cue and practiced with it for about an hour today. Extremely light which allows the cue ball to get up off felt quite quicky and shoots as striaght as an arrow. For the money you can’t beat this jump cue.

  5. Alex D. –

    Break cue

Extremely nice cue , the weight is amazing , made effectively , nice tip.🤗🤗

  6. Tom K. –

    Really solid cue

I’m a beginner when it comes to jumping. I would usually borrow someone else’s combo break/jump in the past, with very limited success. This cue stick has made a wonderful difference in my ability to get the ball up and even pocket some shots. It twists together quickly and fits nicely in my case. Highly recommend it, especially for the value.

  7. Amy M. –

    The stick get’s the job

The stick get’s the job done and the price point is truly reasonable.

  8. Rick M. –

    jump cue

Excellent jump cue I had no difficulty jumping balls with this cue stick on a variety of tables. It has a extremely natural feel in your hands.

  9. Drew A. –

    Easy jumper

Bought this from a friend who won it in a tournament. This jump cue worked better for me than my Predator air 1. I am not a great jumper, but this one gives me a much better success rate.

  10. Sue R. –

    Elite Jump Cue

I haven’t used it much, but it appears to be a extremely good pool cue, worth its price.

  11. Jordan K. –

    Reliable jump stick

Good stick for the price. Upgraded tip was installed perfectly.

  12. Jesse E. –

    Jump cue

To be frank, good and perfectly as anticipated.

  13. Amy H. –

    Great cue very well pleased

  14. Jen W. –

    Really like it

    Honestly, really like it

  15. Sarah C. –

    Jump Cue

To be frank, i have never been much of a player to use the jump shot. After making this purchase I have been trying and making more jump shots which has turned my playing in to a more fun test of skills, Can I really make this jump shot, as of today I have made 60% of my attempts (jumping the ball) I have made 20% (contact of object ball and pocketing the ball) I think it was worth the purchase and I have recommended it to my friends

  16. Tom P. –

    Truly good

    Always getting air with this

  17. Jordan F. –

    Superb starter jump cue stick

Honestly, this definitely gets the job done. I bought one of these to practice jumps before I justified a better one. It does well on typical jump shots but doesn’t have the tech to do everything you need, especially when learning the extremes. It will definitely stay in my bag until I can upgrade.

Weight & Balance

This model takes a weight-bolt system, so the weight and balance point can be tuned after purchase. Adding weight toward the butt moves the balance rearward for a more planted feel; less weight shifts it forward for a livelier stroke. The balance point on a finished cue usually sits about 18 to 19 inches from the butt.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Elite ELJMP Jump Cue use?

It uses a Action Quick Release joint. That means any Action Quick Release shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against Action Quick Release before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Elite ELJMP Jump Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.50mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Elite ELJMP Jump Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Elite ELJMP Jump Cue built for?

It is set up as a jump cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

What kind of grip does it have?

The grip is wrapless. Irish linen wicks sweat and stays tacky, leather is plush and premium, and a no-wrap finish is fast and needs no maintenance. If your hands run warm, linen is usually the safer pick.

Is Quarter King an authorized Elite dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Elite dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.
