The Elite EP34 Cue is a Elite playing cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a 3/8X10 joint and a 13.00mm classic wood shaft. It is in stock at $269, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

Red and tan is one of the more common two tone combinations across Elite’s EP series, and the EP34 wears it over a wrapless 13.00mm shaft built from 29 inch AAA grade Canadian hard rock maple. The 3/8×10 joint matches the rest of the EP lineup, so replacement shafts and joint protectors sized for other EP cues will generally fit. At about $269 and in stock now, it lands toward the upper half of the series on price, which mostly comes down to the two tone finish rather than a different shaft grade.

Elite EP34 Cue

Without a doubt, i’ve been using this at home for about 2 months and am quite pleased with it. It’s my first cue. I’m a relative beginner, but can definitely feel the difference from a cheap house cue. I think it’s quality value for the money in its class, and Pool Dawg gave me a lot of helpful advice in picking it out. I wasn’t looking for anything flashy, just a robust, functional pool cue to learn with.

Elite EP34 Pool Cue stick

It is a quite nice pool cue for the value. Nicely balanced, solid joint construction. If you like a stick that is lovely for its simplicity, this is for you. It doesn’t need fancy inlays, and wraps. You can focus on your game. Impress folks with your shooting, not your pool cue.

Amazing

Without a doubt, great stick, really effortless and not too flashy. Has a outstanding feel with hit. It’s been much more consistent than my old one. Would 10/10 endorse for new players and casual players without breaking the bank.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Elite EP34 Cue use?

It uses a 3/8X10 joint. That means any 3/8X10 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 3/8X10 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Elite EP34 Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.00mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Elite EP34 Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Elite EP34 Cue built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

What kind of grip does it have?

The grip is wrapless. Irish linen wicks sweat and stays tacky, leather is plush and premium, and a no-wrap finish is fast and needs no maintenance. If your hands run warm, linen is usually the safer pick.

Is Quarter King an authorized Elite dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Elite dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.
