Elite EP39 pool cue featuring 29″ AAA grade Canadian hard rock maple shaft. traditional construction.

SKU: EP39 Category: Brand:

The Elite EP39 Cue is a Elite playing cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a 3/8X10 joint and a 13.00mm classic wood shaft. It is in stock at $167, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

The Elite EP39 keeps to a single red finish, simpler than the multicolor and two tone options elsewhere in the EP series, over the same wrapless 13.00mm shaft in 29 inch AAA grade Canadian hard rock maple that runs through the whole line. Its 3/8×10 joint is standard across EP cues, so it accepts the same joint protectors and spare parts as the rest of the series. At about $167, it sits at the more affordable end of the series, a reasonable option for a player who wants a solid color cue without paying for a busier finish. It is in stock now, ready to ship without a wait on a specific color batch.

Awesome pool pool cue. Excellent fell in hand and during shot.

  4. Chris W. –

    Awesome first cue stick

I went for substance over style. I’m a beginner and don’t need a fancy cue to call attention to myself. This one is silky fluid and performs really properly. It improved my game immediately.

    Variable Weight

We chose this cue stick specificlly because the recipient would have the option of changing the weight. Would have been helpful if the details of “how to” were included in the description as the additional part is just $2.95. Definately would have ordered it at the time of purchase, now debating if it is worth the shipping expense it will incur. Did not receive the free chalk offer although quite sure I clicked on that option. Really happen with the bag we purchased for the cue stick also. A great presentation as a gift with a budget of $150

    Impressive

In my experience, you know that scene in Pulp Fiction when Vincent looks in the carrying case and there’s golden light on his face and his eyes get all twinkly? I think he was probably opening his PoolDawg shipment. I figured a new cue stick would play effectively but was blown away at just how much better that could be. Now to bring my game to the same level.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Elite EP39 Cue use?

It uses a 3/8X10 joint. That means any 3/8X10 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 3/8X10 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Elite EP39 Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.00mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Elite EP39 Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Elite EP39 Cue built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

What kind of grip does it have?

The grip is wrapless. Irish linen wicks sweat and stays tacky, leather is plush and premium, and a no-wrap finish is fast and needs no maintenance. If your hands run warm, linen is usually the safer pick.

Is Quarter King an authorized Elite dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Elite dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.

Compatible Shafts

This cue uses a 3/8X10 joint, so these shafts thread straight onto it. Not sure? Send us the cue and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
