Description

Orange and tan give the Fury FUCX01 one of the warmer color combinations in the CX Series lineup. It connects through a 3/8×8 joint rather than the radial fitting used on one of its CX siblings, paired with a 13.00mm Classic Wood shaft for a fuller-contact hit. A linen wrap covers the grip, the traditional choice for players who want texture and some moisture absorption during a long session rather than a bare or slick handle. As a two-piece playing cue, the FUCX01 sticks to Fury’s straightforward formula of a maple shaft and a linen-wrapped handle rather than chasing low-deflection shaft technology. The FUCX01 is currently out of stock, along with the rest of the CX Series at the moment.

Weight & Balance

What joint does the Fury FUCX01 Cue use?

It uses a 3/8 x 8 joint. That means any 3/8 x 8 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 3/8 x 8 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Fury FUCX01 Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.00mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?
