Description

Blue and black give the Stealth STH04 a two-tone look that’s a step away from the brand’s solid-color numbered cues. Underneath, it runs a 29-inch hardrock maple shaft with a 10 to 12 inch pro taper at 13.00mm, a 5/16×18 joint, and a sport wrap grip built over the patented Dooley handle.

The sport wrap adds more tack than a linen or wrapless handle, which matters in humid rooms or for players with sweatier hands. This one is in stock now at about $150. Because it uses the standard 5/16×18 joint rather than a piloted one, its shaft should interchange with other same-size, standard-joint Stealth cues.

It uses a 5/16 x 18 joint. That means any 5/16 x 18 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 5/16 x 18 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Stealth STH04 Cue?

This cue ships with a 29" hardrock maple, 10 - 12" pro taper shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.
