Description
Action’s JR03 is a 48 inch junior cue for small players, with black-stained hard rock maple on the forearm and butt sleeve, a black composite collar and a black-and-white wrap. A black butt plate with a silver Action logo and an Action plug bumper finish the butt.
Its shaft is 24 inch hard rock maple with a 10 to 12 inch pro taper. The tip is a 12mm layered proprietary boar skin tip, the ferrule is 1 inch fiber linen, and the joint is a 5/16×18 pin. A pro taper holds a steady diameter for the first 10 to 12 inches behind the tip, which helps a young player’s bridge hand stay consistent.
At 48 inches overall with a 24 inch shaft, it suits a child who cannot yet manage a longer cue. It carries a limited warranty, and no extension, case or joint protectors come with it.

Rating Action JR03 48 inch junior pool stick
I’m thoroughly enjoying this cue because in tight spaces this cue is perfect! I can also use it for jump shots as nicely!

48 inch pool cue
From my perspective, even though it is a shorter cue for my room’s size you can grip toward the end and get the same results.works great.

Action 48 inch Jr. Pool Cue
This was a bday gift for my fiancé who needed a shorter cue stick for smaller areas around the pool hall she and her friends frequent. I originally purchased 2 cues elsewhere, but unfortunately had to return them as they came warped. A colleague recommended this site which had exactly what I needed and also had more shipping speed options. It was originally scheduled to arrive in 2 business day which was perfect as it would have been right on her birthday, but then delivery updated to reflect delivery a day later which was a bit of a bummer :(…at any rate, the cue when received was a hit – she loved it is excited to try it out this weekend.
