    A+

Fantastic stick, the glass bonded shaft has spoiled me, the taper is sweet… I give it an all around A+ 🙂 Highly recommend!

  2. Taylor H. –

Stellar cue for a very low value

I’ve had cues from $150 to $2800. This cue has really surprised me with its quality and gameplay. You can spend a lot more for a lot less. It feels great in the hand, plays true and deflects little. Nothing more you can ask of a cue.

  3. Chris J. –

    Stellar

Best experience ever! I’ll be back for life!

  4. Sam R. –

I really like this cue! It

I appreciate this cue! It really feels decent in my hands! Solid feel and I’m using it instead of my carbon fiber shafted cue!

  5. Kate N. –

The pool cue feels smoother than

Honestly, the cue feels smoother than I ever thought and I it shipped faster the estimated date which was awesome.

  6. Mike M. –

    Confident feel

This pool cue has a really great feel and touch. The shaft and tip give a lot of confidence in your shot.

  7. Riley W. –

Excellent cue stick For the money

Excellent pool cue! For the money I don’t think you can find a better shooting cue. I received it on time and in ideal condition. I highly recommend this cue to anyone wanting to upgrade. Came with cleaning wipes and a brand badge for my bag as nicely. It feels decent and balanced. I waited 8 weeks to review to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The Website was straightforward to use as properly.

  8. Jim W. –

    My first serious cue. Previously

Honestly, my first serious stick. Previously I had the kind of cheap pool cue that you can’t tell if it’s Chinese or just some local manufacturer and this one is a solid upgrade.

    PoolDawgs?? Yeah, baby./

The customer service at Pooldawgs is fantastic, I got a call from them to update my order, and presto changeo, it was done. My pool buddies have heard about the wonderful experience, also, and are going to be ordering soon!

    Avid Cue- Florian Kohler

Without a doubt, excellent pool cue which I’m proud to use! My game is improving with each use.

  11. Drew G. –

Has to be best bang for your buck

I was using an old Falcon for 25 plus years and was just wanting something with a fiber shaft. I was terrified it wouldn’t be up to par with my Falcon. Not the carrying case. The FK cue with the linen wrap feels amazing and smooth and it won’t dent like wood. Super effortless stroke and super simple to care for. I also got the Duo Extension for it which makes those longer reach shots much easier.

Cuetec Avid Era 95-324LW Florian Kohler

From my perspective, this Cuetec Avid Era 95-324LW Florian Kohler is a great pool pool cue. Definitely a huge upgrade over my Viking. I couldn’t be any happier with it. Pool Dawg did a wonderful job packaging the pool cue for shipping and it arrived quickly.

    CUETEC

Fantastic FEEL AND LINEN WRAP IS PERFECT. TIP IS NICE – NOT TOO SOFT OR HARD, NO MISCUES. OVERALL, VERY SATISFIED.

Weight & Balance

This cue is offered in WBCT, Yes. A lighter cue is easier to accelerate for a whippy, spin-friendly stroke; a heavier cue plants more solidly and drives the cue ball with less effort. Most players settle between 19 and 20 ounces.

This model takes a weight-bolt system, so the weight and balance point can be tuned after purchase. Adding weight toward the butt moves the balance rearward for a more planted feel; less weight shifts it forward for a livelier stroke. The balance point on a finished cue usually sits about 18 to 19 inches from the butt.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Cuetec AVID CT324W Cue - Wrap use?

It uses a 3/8X14 joint. That means any 3/8X14 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 3/8X14 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Cuetec AVID CT324W Cue - Wrap?

This cue ships with a 12.75mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Cuetec AVID CT324W Cue - Wrap comes with a Fiberglass shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Cuetec AVID CT324W Cue - Wrap built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

What kind of grip does it have?

The grip is linen wrap. Irish linen wicks sweat and stays tacky, leather is plush and premium, and a no-wrap finish is fast and needs no maintenance. If your hands run warm, linen is usually the safer pick.

Is Quarter King an authorized Cuetec dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Cuetec dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.

Compatible Shafts

This cue uses a 3/8X14 joint, so these shafts thread straight onto it. Not sure? Send us the cue and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
