Description
Sunburst stained maple gives the forearm and butt sleeve on the KAT2506 a graduated look, split into sections by triple brass rings above the black Irish linen wrap. A Uni-Loc joint with a black collar and stainless steel pin holds the cue together, and a stainless steel butt plate etched with the Katana logo caps the handle. A threaded rubber bumper sits at the bottom, ready for an extension, and the cue balances at 1.4 lb with a weight bolt for adjustment.
On cut shots that call for side spin, the 29-inch carbon fiber shaft on the KAT2506 pays off: carbon flexes less on impact than wood, so deflection drops and the cue ball tracks closer to your intended line instead of squirting wide. That means less guessing and less compensation when you’re lining up a shot with english on it. The shaft carries a 7-12 pro taper, its own etched logo, and a 12.5mm layered tip. You get joint protectors in the box.
