Description

Grey is the talking point of the Koda KD23 pool cue. The wrapless handle section is grey-stained curly maple in a smoke finish, which suits players who want a cooler, quieter look on a playing cue. Like the other wrapless KD cues, it keeps the grip simple and leaves the wood bare.

Construction follows the KD pattern: a 29-inch hard rock maple shaft, a 12.5 mm Le Pro tip, a 10 mm glossy black collar and a 5/16 x 18 joint. Nothing is wrapped, so your hand touches stained maple the whole way down the handle. The butt end carries a black Implex cap and a compression bumper, which finish the cue without adding bulk.

The forearm and butt sleeve stay black, which lets the grey grain stand out against them. Weights of 18, 19, 20 and 21 oz are offered at checkout, so you can match the cue to the way you shoot. Koda’s 10-year warranty includes warpage, so the cue stays covered as the wood ages.

It uses a 5/16X18 joint. That means any 5/16X18 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against 5/16X18 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Koda KD23 Pool Cue?
