The Voodoo VOD11 Cue is a Voodoo playing cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It comes in 29" hard rock maple and 10 - 12" pro taper with a brass insert tip sizes with a Piloted 5/16 x 18 joint. It is in stock at $269, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

Solid grey sets the Voodoo VOD11 apart from the brand’s more common black-based color schemes, while the rest of the build stays true to the Voodoo playbook: a 29-inch, 13.00mm hard rock maple shaft with a 10 to 12 inch pro taper and a brass insert, a leather wrap, and the brand’s laser-etched skull and tattoo artwork. The joint is a piloted 5/16×18 fitting, which keeps the shaft aligned consistently once it has been broken in. At about $270 and currently in stock, the VOD11 is a good pick for a player who likes the graphic-heavy Voodoo aesthetic but wants to skip the red or black color schemes most of the lineup runs.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Voodoo VOD11 Cue use?

It uses a Piloted 5/16 x 18 joint. That means any Piloted 5/16 x 18 shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against Piloted 5/16 x 18 before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Voodoo VOD11 Cue?

This cue ships with a 29" hard rock maple, 10 - 12" pro taper with a brass insert shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Voodoo VOD11 Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Voodoo VOD11 Cue built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

Is Quarter King an authorized Voodoo dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Voodoo dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.

Compatible Shafts

This cue uses a 5/16X18 Piloted joint, so these shafts thread straight onto it. Not sure? Send us the cue and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
