Description

Finished in Blue, Black and Green, the JP25R18 sits in Pechauer’s Pro Series tier. The piloted Speed Joint connects to a 12.75mm Classic Wood shaft, finished with a linen wrap for the handle.

Pechauer positions the piloted Speed Joint as its step-up joint, aimed at players who want a slightly tighter, more locked-in connection at address. Pechauer keeps the shaft taper and wrap the same as the JP Series, so the jump in feel is mostly about the joint. The piloted joint takes more machining time on Pechauer’s end, which is reflected in where the Pro Series sits in the lineup. It runs about $880.

Questions about this cue

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Pechauer JP25R18 Pro Series Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Pechauer JP25R18 Pro Series Cue built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

Is Quarter King an authorized Pechauer dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Pechauer dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay. Because this one is over $600, a 10% restocking fee applies to the return.
