Description
Brown, white, and tan give the GB26 a warmer take on the three color linen wrap than the black based versions elsewhere in the GB series. The build underneath stays consistent with the rest of the lineup, a 5/16×14 piloted joint and 13mm classic wood shaft, so the finish is really the point of difference here. At about $900, the GB26 lands closer to the GB01 on price than to the mid and upper tier GB models, making it one of the more approachable ways into a three color finish. Players who prefer earth tones over black and white contrast will find this the natural pick in the series. The GB26 also carries the Balabushka name, tying it back to one of the most recognized custom cue makers in the sport’s history. It is in stock and available to order now.

A Christmas Present
My wife bought this cue for me as a Christmas present four years ago. Superior present ever! Fortunately you don’t have to pass a skills test to own a great pool cue. I will say that performance, right out of the box, was perfect to the point that it allowed me to take my game to the next level. I’m a tinkerer by nature, but this is one thing I’ve owned that I’ve never felt the need to tinker with to make it better. It doesn’t hurt that, no matter where I take this pool cue out of its case, people notice it. It makes you proud when a perfect stranger walks up and says, “Can I take a look at your stick?”
