The Pechauer JP25R06 Pro Series Cue is a Pechauer playing cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a classic wood shaft. It lists at $504, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

Cocobolo is the focus of the Pechauer JP25R06, used for both the forearm and the butt sleeve, alongside a natural figured maple handle. There is no wrap, a dashed-ring collar finishes the joint, and the butt plate is white with the Pechauer logo.

The joint is a piloted Pechauer Speed Joint, and the 29-inch hard rock maple shaft has a 10-12 inch Pro Taper. At the tip end you get a 12.75mm Pechauer Jade Medium and a 5/8 inch Juma ferrule, and a black rubber bumper sits at the other.

Pechauer’s standard weight is 19 oz and the weight bolt (type WBPEC) is changeable. A lifetime warranty applies, and the cue is made in the USA. Extension, case and joint protectors are not included. Pechauer describes the Pro Series as hand signed by Joseph Pechauer, and its own model name for this cue is P06-R.

Weight & Balance

This model takes a weight-bolt system, so the weight and balance point can be tuned after purchase. Adding weight toward the butt moves the balance rearward for a more planted feel; less weight shifts it forward for a livelier stroke.
