Description

The Cuetec CT122W takes the amber Cynergy X cue and adds a perforated ultra-thin poly-wrap to the handle. The forearm is amber carbon fiber composite under an amber pigmented Clear-Tec X epoxy finish, and the butt sleeve carries the Cuetec X signature.

Behind the finish is a carbon fiber body with no wood, a triplex carbon fiber and alloy Matrix butt plate and joint collar, and a black rubber bumper. The standard weight is 19 oz, adjustable in 0.25 oz steps, and the cue includes Cuetec’s Acueweight Generation II system.

Choose an 11.8mm or 12.5mm Cynergy shaft, each 29 inches with a thin white sighting ferrule, a soft laminated Tiger Sniper tip and a 3/8×14 Cuetec joint (21.30mm). Joint protectors are included and no extension is. The 11.8mm is the slimmer of the two, which suits players who want more room for tip placement. Cuetec’s limited warranty covers the cue.

This cue is offered in Cuetec Acueweight Gen II, Yes. A lighter cue is easier to accelerate for a whippy, spin-friendly stroke; a heavier cue plants more solidly and drives the cue ball with less effort. Most players settle between 19 and 20 ounces.
