The Lucasi L2000JC Jump Cue is a Lucasi jump cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a Uni-Loc joint and a 13.00mm classic wood shaft. It is in stock at $179, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

This L2000JC jump cue uses a 13.00mm Classic Wood shaft, wider than the standard playing-cue diameter Lucasi uses elsewhere, typical for a jump cue built to survive being struck down hard onto the cue ball rather than stroked through it. It runs on a Uni-Loc joint and skips the wrap, finished in brown and tan. At about $180 it is one of the more affordable single-purpose jump cues Lucasi makes, aimed at league or tournament players who want a dedicated jump stick rather than pressing a break cue into double duty. It ships in stock, ready for a case that already has room for a third cue.

Weight & Balance

This cue is offered in WBLUC, Yes. A lighter cue is easier to accelerate for a whippy, spin-friendly stroke; a heavier cue plants more solidly and drives the cue ball with less effort. Most players settle between 19 and 20 ounces.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the Lucasi L2000JC Jump Cue use?

It uses a Uni-Loc joint. That means any Uni-Loc shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against Uni-Loc before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

What shaft diameter is the Lucasi L2000JC Jump Cue?

This cue ships with a 13.00mm shaft. Thinner shafts put more spin on the cue ball and feel crisper through the stroke; larger diameters feel fuller and are more forgiving on off-centre hits. Neither is better — it comes down to how you like the cue to hit.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Lucasi L2000JC Jump Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Lucasi L2000JC Jump Cue built for?

It is set up as a jump cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

What kind of grip does it have?

The grip is wrapless. Irish linen wicks sweat and stays tacky, leather is plush and premium, and a no-wrap finish is fast and needs no maintenance. If your hands run warm, linen is usually the safer pick.

Is Quarter King an authorized Lucasi dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Lucasi dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.

Compatible Shafts

This cue uses a Uni-Loc joint, so these shafts thread straight onto it. Not sure? Send us the cue and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
