The Pechauer JP2509 JP Series Cue is a Pechauer playing cue sold by Quarter King Billiards. It has a classic wood shaft. It is in stock at $441, with free shipping over $98 and 30-day returns.

Description

The Pechauer JP2509 pairs Black and Grey finish work with the JP Series build. The cue joins a Pechauer Speed Joint to a 12.75mm Classic Wood shaft, with linen wrapped around the grip area.

This is a cue built for regular play rather than showpiece collecting, with a grip and taper meant to hold up over years of use. The linen wrap is a small detail, but it’s one that regular players notice on cold or humid nights. Pechauer’s JP Series has stayed a fairly consistent lineup year over year, with color and wrap being the main points of variation. It runs about $440.

Questions about this cue

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The Pechauer JP2509 JP Series Cue comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the Pechauer JP2509 JP Series Cue built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

Is Quarter King an authorized Pechauer dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Pechauer dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay.
