Description

The TF-Rising Spirit is part of Viking’s exclusive TF (Tribal Force) series — a collection that draws on tribal and spiritual design motifs to create cues with powerful visual energy. The Rising Spirit features dramatic artwork with an ascending, spiritual theme that gives the cue a sense of movement and purpose. Viking has been manufacturing in Madison, Wisconsin since 1965.

The TF series sits in a unique space in Viking’s lineup — more artistic than the standard series but more accessible than full custom work. Each TF model is built on Viking’s proven platform with the same quality materials and engineering.

Questions about this cue

What joint does the TF-Rising Spirit use?

It uses a Viking Quick Release joint. That means any Viking Quick Release shaft will thread straight onto this butt, so you can add a spare or upgrade later without changing cues. If you are matching a shaft you already own, check its pin against Viking Quick Release before ordering — joints are not cross-compatible.

Is this a carbon fiber or wood shaft cue?

The TF-Rising Spirit comes with a Classic Wood shaft. Carbon fiber will not warp, ignores humidity and deflects less; quality maple gives the traditional feel a lot of players still prefer. Both play at a high level, so pick the one that matches how you want the cue to feel.

What is the TF-Rising Spirit built for?

It is set up as a playing cue. Playing cues are balanced for control on shot-making, break cues are heavier with a harder tip for power transfer, and jump cues are short and light to get the cue ball airborne. Using the right one also protects your playing cue from break wear.

What kind of grip does it have?

The grip is wrapless. Irish linen wicks sweat and stays tacky, leather is plush and premium, and a no-wrap finish is fast and needs no maintenance. If your hands run warm, linen is usually the safer pick.

Is Quarter King an authorized Viking dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized Viking dealer, so this cue is genuine and carries the full manufacturer warranty against warpage and defects in workmanship. Warranty claims go through us — you do not have to deal with the factory yourself.

How fast does it ship, and can I return it?

Shipping is free on orders over $98 in the contiguous US, $5.50 flat otherwise, and you get tracking as soon as it moves. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unchalked, unused product — contact us first for a return authorization so it is credited without delay. Because this one is over $600, a 10% restocking fee applies to the return.
